All orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days when order is placed. Holiday schedule will alter this timeline. Any changes in schedule will be posted on the website and Instagram.

Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over the time or condition of the package when it arrives. I do everything in my power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection, however I cannot be held responsible for how the post office treats the package. If the package arrives damaged please send pictures to luckythirteenpress@gmail.com and we can work on resolving the issue.
